Instructions to Register and Purchase Tickets.
FIRST: Read the rules and guidelines for dress code, conduct and eligibility.
Step 1 - Responsible parent registration. We will use this as a means to verify students and structure the volunteer base we need to organize the prom.
Step 2 - Student/Guest Registration (will need the email used for "Responsible Parent" registration). A guest may register himself, but will need to use the email of the responsible parent. Guest status will be verified with parent.
Step 3 - Table Reservations (will need the email used for "Responsible Parent" and name of all students that are already registered). Table reservations do not have to be done at the time of Student Registration. They can be reserved and paid for later, but must be done before February 28th.
Step 4 - Select and purchase photo packages. This can be done at a later date, but must be done by February 28th.
Step 5 - Pay for student / guest registration, table registration and photo packages through paypal. You do not need a paypal account, you may use a regular debit card. Registration will not be assured until payment is received. You may also pay in person with cash or check at the weekly Nexus Family Ministry meeting.
NOTE: There are no refunds. If tickets are sold out and the student or guest cannot attend, you may request a ticket name transfer. Contact us with your request.
